Registration and Tuition 2025-2026 School Year
There is a $25 registration fee for each student. (Additional siblings qualify for a discounted registration fee of $10). Tuition will be charged once each month from September through May (for a total of nine payments). There is a 5% tuition discount if you pay for the entire school-year before October 1st, and a 10% tuition discount for siblings. Monthly tuition prices:
- Creative Movement (45-minute class once a week): $50/month
- Pre-Ballet (45-minute class once a week): $50/month
- Ballet Basics (1 hour class once a week): $58/month
- Ballet 1 (1 hour class once a week): $58/month
- Ballet 2 (1 hour class once a week): $58/month
- Rec Ballet 1 (1 hour class once a week): $58/month
- Rec Ballet 2 (1 hour class once a week): $58/month
- Rec Adult Ballet (1 hour class once a week): $58/month. Drop-ins $16/class
- Accelerated Track Rose Level (2 hours of class each week): $110/month
- Accelerated Track Amethyst Level (3 hours of class each week): $150/month
- Accelerated Track Opal Level (4.5 hours of class each week): $200/month
- Accelerated Track Sapphire Level (4.5 hours of class each week): $200/month
- Accelerated Track Emerald Level (6.25 hours of class each week): $250/month
- Accelerated Track Ruby Level (7.75 hours of class each week): $295/month
- Accelerated Track Lilac Level (9.25 hours of class each week): $350/month

Performances
- Nutcracker excerpts performed at Holiday Studio Showcase
- Parent Observation (during class time in February)
- Local Community Performances (for older dancers) including Swiss Days, Heber City Tree Lighting & Old Fashioned Christmas
- Spring Ballet Performance: May 2025. Specific dates and details coming soon!
Associated performance fees (charged in January):
- Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Ballet Basics, Ballet 1, and Ballet 2: $55 performance/costume fee
- Accelerated Track students: $65 performance/costume fee
- Emerald Class: additional $40 rehearsal fee*
- Ruby Class: additional $60 rehearsal fee*
- Lilac Class: additional $80 rehearsal fee*
*Rehearsal fee helps cover the cost of extra rehearsals outside of class time.
Calendar
The 2025-2026 Season will run on a 9-month schedule, with classes commencing September 2, 2025 and concluding May 29, 2025. We observe Wasatch County School District’s Schedule. Regular classes will not be held on:

- November 26-28
- December 22-January 2
- January 19
- February 16
- March 30-April 3
- May 25
Dress Code
Girls Attire
Beginning & Foundational Classes (Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Ballet Basics, Ballet 1 and Ballet 2) are required to wear a black leotard, pink ballet tights, and So Danca or Capezio Hanami ballet slippers.
Rec Ballet 1 and Rec Ballet 2 are required to wear a black leotard, pink ballet tights, So Danca or Capezio Hanami ballet slippers. They have the option to wear a short ballet skirt. Rec Ballet 3 (Adult Ballet ages 14+) can wear ballet slippers with comfortable work-out clothes or a leotard and tights.
Accelerated Track students are required to wear a specific class leotard (information included in enrollment materials). They are also required to wear So Danca or Capezio Hanami ballet slippers, and pink ballet tights.
Dress Code items (besides Accelerated Track Class Leos) can be purchased through Discount Dance Supply or through other dance supply retailers. Here is a link to the studio’s Dress Code List on Discount Dance, which includes several leotard options for Beginning & Foundational, and Rec Classes. Remember to order leotards in black.
Additionally, So Danca ballet slippers ($27) can be ordered through the studio by emailing katie@primaryballet.com. Title the email with: Ballet Slipper Order. In the email, include your dancer’s name, street shoe size, and what class they are enrolled in. Ballet slippers can be picked up the first day of class.
Hair secured away from the face, either in ballet bun or pinned up braids.
No skirts, except for Rec classes.
Boys Attire
Black shorts that accommodate movement (sweat shorts, basketball shorts, etc.).
Tight fitting white t-shirt.
Black canvas ballet shoes and black ankle socks.
