Registration and Tuition

There is a $45 registration fee for each student, which includes a class leotard. (Siblings qualify for a discounted registration fee of $20). Tuition will be charged once each month from September through May (for a total of nine payments). There is a 5% tuition discount if you pay for the entire school-year before October 31st, and we offer a 10% tuition discount for siblings. Monthly tuition prices:

Creative Movement (45-minute class once a week): $48/month
Pre-Ballet (45-minute class once a week): $48/month
Ballet Basics (1 hour class once a week): $56/month
Ballet 1 (1 hour class once a week): $56/month
Ballet 2 (1 hour class once a week): $56/month
Ballet 3 (1 hour class twice a week): $108/month
Ballet 4 (1.5 hour class twice a week): $150/month
Ballet 5 (1.5 hour class two times a week, plus 1 hour pre-pointe class and 1 hour conditioning/flexibility class): $215/month
Advanced A (1.5 hour class three times a week, plus 1 hour pointe class and 1 hour conditioning/flexibility class): $250/month

Nutcracker excerpts performed at Holiday Studio Showcase (video recording included)
Parent Observation (during class time in February)
Local Community Performances (for older dancers) including: Swiss Days; Nutcracker variations for Heber City Tree Lighting & Old Fashioned Christmas; Red, White & Blue Festival.

Associated fees are charged in January and are as follows:

Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, and Ballet Basics students: $50 performance/costume fee
Ballet 1, Ballet 2, Ballet 3, and Ballet 4 students: $60 performance/costume fee
Ballet 5 students: $60 performance/costume fee + $30 rehearsal fee*
Advanced A students: $60 performance/costume fee + $60 rehearsal fee*

*fee helps cover the cost of additional rehearsals outside of class time.

Calendar

The 2024-2025 Season will run on a 9-month schedule, with classes commencing September 3, 2024 and concluding on May 29, 2025. We observe Wasatch County School District’s Schedule (but still hold classes on professional development days, except January 2nd). Regular classes will not be held on the following dates:

October 31
November 27-28
December 23-January 2
January 20
February 17
March 31-April 4

Dress Code

Girls attire:

Class leotard (included with Registration Fee).
Pink ballet tights. Capezio or Weissman brand tights in Ballet Pink are recommended–footed or convertible. Here are some online options to choose from for different ages: toddler tights (1, 2), girls convertible, adult convertible. You can order Weissman brand tights through the studio for $8/pair.
Ballet Slippers–canvas material and pink color.
For students ages 3-5, here are a couple online options: option 1, option 2.
For students ages 6 and up, canvas ballet slippers that have split-soles are required. So Danca brand or Capezio Hanami are recommended. You can order online here or here. Do not order Stelle brand (Amazon) as some of them are partly plastic and do not work well.
Hair secured away from the face, either in ballet bun or pinned up braids.
No skirts

If your tiny dancer is dreaming of a magical ballerina birthday, then you’ve come to the right place! Our parties typically run 90 minutes and include:

A fun ballet class and dance games
Tutus and tiaras
Special performance by ballerina
Picture time with ballerina
Space for cake and presents
