Outstanding ballet training in the Wasatch Back
Welcome to Primary Ballet Academy, directed by Erin Malan (MFA in Ballet Teaching & Choreography). Erin has 20 years of experience as a dance educator and has taught ballet for several schools including: The Joffrey Academy of Dance in Chicago, Emory University, and Brigham Young University.
Our studio, located on Main Street in Heber, is open and currently enrolling ages 3 and up.

Goals.
Growth.
To create an atmosphere of nurture and growth. We value each student who walks in our doors. Dancers will gain confidence as they learn discipline, hard work, perseverance, grace, poise, self-expression, and many other important life lessons.
Technique.
To teach excellent ballet technique. Through a structured and unified syllabus every dancer will receive appropriate training that builds the foundations of solid ballet technique and performance.
Performance.
To give our dancers opportunities to perform. We do not participate in team competitions, instead we focus on events where dancers can showcase the art of ballet for their family, friends, and members of the community. For the 2024-2025 season, we look forward to a winter showcase (including excerpts from the Nutcracker), a story Ballet in the spring, and local community performance opportunities for advanced students.
